Wrong Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do what we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender.  If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping. 

If the order was delivered to the wrong address, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a refund.

Refunds & Exchanges 

At this time we cannot accept returns, however we will always do our best to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If your item is damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Contact us at support@sweetcandlecompany.com 

Cancelling an order

If you would like to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
